Blood Investigations
Routine and specialised blood panels, collected and processed in-house. Samples don't get couriered to an outside lab, so there is one team accountable for the result from the moment the sample is drawn.

Digital X-Rays
Digital X-ray imaging for injuries, chest conditions and routine screening. Digital plates mean a faster turnaround than film and a clearer image for the reporting doctor.

ECG (Electrocardiogram)
A quick, painless recording of the heart's electrical rhythm. Electrodes are placed on the chest, arms and legs, and the test itself is usually finished within minutes of you sitting down.

2D Echo (Echocardiography)
An ultrasound of the heart that shows its chambers, valves and walls moving in real time. Where an ECG records rhythm, a 2D Echo shows structure and pumping function — the two are often ordered together.

OPG (Panoramic Dental X-Ray)
A single wide image of the entire upper and lower jaw, all the teeth and the surrounding bone. It is what a dentist relies on before extractions, implants, braces or wisdom tooth assessment.

Call or walk in
Ring the centre closest to you to check timings, fasting requirements and cost, or simply walk in with your prescription during working hours.
Sample or scan
Blood is drawn at the collection counter; scans and cardiac tests are done on-site. Most tests take a few minutes each.
Collect your report
Routine reports are usually ready the same day. Specialised tests take longer — our staff will tell you when to come back at the time of collection.

Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome at both centres during working hours. Calling ahead is still worth it if you want an approximate wait time, or if you're coming in for a scan or a dental appointment.
Do I need a doctor's prescription?
For most routine blood tests and for ECG, you can come in directly. Scans and specialised investigations are best done on a doctor's advice, so bring your prescription if you have one — it also helps the reporting doctor interpret the result in context.
Which tests need fasting?
Fasting blood sugar and lipid profile typically need 8 to 12 hours without food, and an abdominal ultrasound usually requires an empty stomach. Water is normally fine. Since requirements vary by test, call your centre and confirm before you come in.
How long will my report take?
Most routine blood investigations are reported the same day. Imaging and cardiac reports are generally handed over during the same visit. Specialised panels take longer, and our staff will give you a collection time when you submit your sample.
What does a test cost?
Prices depend on the specific test or panel your doctor has advised. Call either centre with your prescription in hand and we'll tell you the cost upfront, before anything is done.
Are all services available at both centres?
The dental hospital and OPG imaging operate from our Tolichowki centre. For any other specific test, please call the branch you plan to visit and confirm availability for the day.
